The sponsors of RT*MC are at the heart of our success. Large corporations, small businesses and public and private non-profit organizations can dedicate their time and resources to help make homes warm, safe and dry. RT*MC is able to work with a variety of organizations — public and private, nor-profit and non-profit — to bring together teams of volunteers and supplies to help the elderly, disabled and low-income homeowners of Chicago and Cook County. Not only does sponsorship provide you the opportunity to give back to the Chicagoland community, but it also strengthens the bond between employees, promotes a sense of pride in one's company, and develops a shared sense of accomplishment among employees.

There are three main opportunities available to those interested in joining the team of sponsors who help make RT*MC possible: House Sponsorship, Block Builders and Give Back Day Sponsorship.

House Sponsorship
You can become a House Sponsor and help make someone's home warm, safe and dry with:

• A strong team leader, or "House Captain"
• A team of 15-30 volunteers
• A contribution of $4,000 for the house sponsorship fee

Block Builders
You can become a Block Builder by sponsoring a house and working with community residents to clean up a block or plant a garden with:

• Strong team leaders or "House Captains"
• A team of volunteers
• A contribution of $5,500 for the Block Builders fee

Give Back Day Sponsorship
You can become a Give Back Day Sponsor and help to revitalize a shelter, community center or school with:

• Strong team leaders or "House Captains"
• A team of 50-400 volunteers
• A financial contribution for the Give Back Day Sponsorship Fee

What Does the Sponsorship Fee Cover?
RT*MC's administrative expenses are covered by public funds and in-kind donations. Therefore, all sponsor contributions directly benefit the homeowners. Some of the expenses covered with your sponsorship fee include:

• Building materials
• Dumpsters
• Portable restrooms
• Exterminators
• Buses
• Volunteer expenses (such as t-shirts, lunch, water, and general liability)
